What does cooperation look like?
During this meeting, the interior designer gets to know the client, his preferences, styles, and needs. An inventory of the space is also part of this stage.
At this stage, the interior designer presents preliminary visualizations, 3D models or functional layouts that help the client understand the design concept. This is an opportunity to feel and see the future interior.
During this stage, the interior designer works with the client to work out the details of the design. This may include the development of technical drawings that show what the various elements should look like.
At this stage, the interior designer provides the client with the final version of the design, both digitally and in the form of prints. It is the final meeting where the client receives the complete design.
Interior design

To meet the diverse expectations and needs of my clients, I offer three different interior design packages. CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
- Meeting with a consultation and discussion of your needs: At the very beginning of the project, the interior designer meets with you to discuss your needs, preferences, lifestyle, and the goals you want to achieve through the interior design project.
- Measurements of your rooms: The designer takes measurements of all rooms to be included in the project in order to get accurate measurements and create reliable designs.
- Moodboard: This is a compilation of photos, textures, colors, and inspiration that helps visualize design concepts and determine the overall style of the interior.
- Photorealistic 3D Visualization: This is an advanced technique for presenting design concepts by rendering three-dimensional visualizations, allowing you to see how the rooms will look when the project is completed.
- Functional layout with equipment: This is a technical document containing a floor plan of the rooms with the visible arrangement of furniture and other furnishings, which helps illustrate design proposals.
Complex design
- Consultation meetings: I will conduct meetings, during which we will thoroughly discuss your needs and preferences for interior design.
- Room measurements: I will come to you to accurately measure your rooms and get an idea of their layout.
- Moodboard: I will create a moodboard of inspiration that will showcase the overall style and atmosphere of your interior.
- Photorealistic 3D visualizations: I will show you photorealistic 3D visualizations of your future interior so you can fully see the result. I am flexible and offer the possibility of two series of revisions to ensure your full satisfaction.
- Functional layout: I will prepare a well-thought-out 2D functional layout that will accurately depict the placement of furniture and accessories.
- 2D Technical Drawing: I will provide professional 2D technical drawings for builders, including any necessary structural, electrical, lighting, plumbing, etc. changes.
- Project Implementation Documentation: I will prepare comprehensive implementation documentation, including designs for bathrooms, floors and baseboards, doors and windows, suspended ceilings, and drywall construction. It will also include additionally designed elements such as color divisions, tile layout, and stucco.
- 2D technical drawing of customized furniture: I provide professional 2D technical drawings for customized furniture, including kitchen furniture, closet furniture, bathroom furniture, and other furniture that needs to be made to size.
- Cost estimate and shopping list: I will prepare a detailed cost estimate to help you estimate the cost of the project. In addition, we will make a shopping list, indicating recommended materials and equipment.
- Selection of materials and equipment: I will handle the professional selection of materials and equipment, taking into account your budget and preferences.
Turnkey project
A complex design can be extended to include a turnkey service – coordination and supervision of the entire project, including the delivery of a finished apartment to the client. Such an extension of services means that the interior designer not only handles the design and arrangement of the space but also manages the entire project process, in cooperation with other specialists.
- Site visits: I will be available for site visits to monitor the progress of the work and ensure that everything is being implemented as planned.
- Unlimited consultations: I offer unlimited consultations to provide you with support at every stage of the project.
- Purchase of full equipment: I will take care of ordering all the products you need, such as furniture, lighting, fixtures, etc.
- Renovation management: I will provide coordination of the entire renovation process to achieve the desired result.
- Post-renovation cleaning service: After the renovation is completed, I will organize a cleaning service so that you can enjoy a fresh and clean interior.
- Interior Decoration and Arrangement: Once the finishing and cleaning service is complete, I will proceed to decorate and arrange the interior by selecting textiles, decorations, and other items that will complement the designed interior.
Of course, in practice, the process of working on an interior design project may vary depending on the individual preferences of the designer and the client, as well as the scale and complexity of the project
In the process of interior design, it is possible to extend the cooperation to coordinate and supervise the entire project, including the delivery of a turnkey apartment to the client. Such an extension of services means that the interior designer not only handles the design and arrangement of the space but also manages the entire process of project implementation, in cooperation with other specialists.

What does cooperation look like?
At this stage, the designer of custom furniture meets with the client to discuss the details of the product and choose colors, materials, as well as household appliances. In addition, an inventory of the room may be taken to adjust the furniture to specific dimensions and space.
After meeting with the client, the custom furniture designer prepares a detailed product specification, creates a price quote, and finalizes the cooperation by signing a contract.
The next step is the preparation of a visual concept of customized furniture. The designer presents the client with a photorealistic visualization, which allows you to see how the selected product will look in the space.
Once the visual concept is approved, the customized furniture moves to the production stage. Once the furniture is made, it is assembled in the appropriate space, providing a complete and personalized product for the customer.
BESPOKE FURNITURE - Design and manufacture
- Consultation: We offer comprehensive consultations to get a thorough understanding of your needs, visual preferences, and the selection of appropriate home appliances. During these meetings, we will establish design details to best meet your expectations.
- Material Selection: When selecting the right materials for your furniture, we will use catalogs and samples provided by our reputable suppliers.
- Room Inventory and Preliminary 3D Sketch: At this stage, we will collect the exact dimensions of the room and make a preliminary 3D sketch to help you better understand the possibilities and limitations of the project.
- Photorealistic Visualization of the Project: Through the use of modern tools, we will create a photorealistic visualization of the project, which will allow you to visually evaluate the furniture in the context of the selected space.
- Detailed Project Quotation: We will prepare an accurate project quotation for you, taking into account the cost of materials, production tools, as well as production and assembly costs.
- Production and Installation: We provide comprehensive production of customized furniture and its safe installation in the selected space

About me
My name is Klaudia Małolepsza and I am the founder of the MOOD Interiors brand, although my adventure with design began much earlier, in the heart of a little girl who, creating her own toys, imagined a future as an Architect. Even then I knew that my career would be related to art and design. Throughout my education, I attended additional classes in spatial drawing and painting, which enabled me to develop my passion. It was through these classes that I gained the skills that were the foundation for my path to becoming an Interior Designer.
After graduating from the High School of Fine Arts in Poznan, where I continued my childhood dreams and goals, I decided to study Interior Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wroclaw. During my studies, I developed my design skills, took on many design problems, and – always setting the bar high – gained new knowledge, which I now use in my work.
In the meantime, I also built my professional experience by co-founding Carpentry Manufacture with my dad and working for other design studios in Wroclaw, both on a full-time basis and as a freelancer.
My passions, education, and experience have enabled me to combine dreams with reality, creating functional and beautiful spaces that meet the expectations and requirements of my clients.
